Step 8: Submit your App

Before your submit

• Performance checks - Ensure your app runs smoothly, free from lags or disruptions that could spoil the user experience. Resolve any issues before submitting your application on the marketplace.

• Testing your app - Make sure every feature works as intended, especially those linked to third-party services like OAuth and API calls.

• Provide a detailed explanation of your app - You must put forward a detailed explanation that covers all the non-obvious features and basic functionalities of your app so that it simplifies the code review process for our testing team.

How to submit?

Now that you have completed building an app, it's time to submit your application for evaluation. Below are the procedures to follow for App submission.

• Publish your app on the developer portal and analyze how it works.

  • The ssdk run command will help you run the application in the local environment. But, if you want to see how it works in the production environment, i.e., your SurveySparrow account, then you should publish your app on the developer portal and test it out!

• Host your app on a GitHub repository.

• Create a screen recording of how the app works.

• Create a concise and informative project description in the GitHub repository.

• Make sure your README file contains all the necessary instructions for external users to understand and use.
